This Student Council run initiative works to provide low-cost transportation to students in need of a ride from Dulles International Airport to grounds. For the Fall 2021 Semester, AirBus will make three trips to Washington Dulles International Airport.
Our Thanksgiving service will run on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, while our winter break service will tentatively run on Sunday and Friday, December 12 & 17, 2021. All three bus services are expected to leave at 7:30 am from UVA grounds (at the McCormick Road UTS stop at Alderman Library), with passengers loading 30 minutes before the departure time. You will be contacted by the Student Council prior to your departure date with more information.
Refunds policy: There will be NO refunds for the tickets
COVID 19 policy: Students must wear a facial covering while waiting in line, during the boarding process, when on board the bus, and when getting off the bus. We have reduced the available number of seats on all of our vehicles to give our drivers and students more personal space.
Baggage policy: Due to COVID, we are asking students to load their own bags. The driver will open the bays and allow the students to place 2 bags on the bus.
